Just A Guy

Hello everyone !

“Just A Guy” (JAG) is an online multiplayer ragdoll game with smooth physics, extensive moveset, many vehicles and activities, colorful visuals built around small open-world levels.

I've been working on this game for several years (on and off), experiencing many joys and disappointments.

I signed a publishing contract with a great publisher, but the project was cancelled. I continued to develop the game, adding a 2-player online mode.

I sent this new version to all the publishers who might be interested in this type of game.

But none of them saw any potential in the game.

So this project is almost dead, and it's time for me to turn the page. I believed in it, I put everything I could into it, but it's a failure. That's the way it is. Maybe some of you will like it.

I've decided to publish here the game stripped of its online mode (I don't have the money to pay the servers).

The demo isn't finished, there aren't all the things I wanted to put in the game (such as character customization), there are no saves or real objectives, many levels are missing, etc. And the game is way less fun without a friend to play with.

But even so, you can spend a while trying out the gameplay, the vehicles, the props, finding objects, punch things, exploring the world and having fun (I hope).
